1996 Chrysler Town & Country. Drove fine two weeks ago. It's been cold outside and the van has been sitting. Went to move it today - drop it in Reverse - won't move. It will go forward, but for some reason refuses to go backward. ???
The tranny was overhauled about at about 70,000 miles several years ago and it now has 100,000 on it. It was parked all summer but moved regularly.
Am I hosed or would a tranny fluid flush possibly solve my problem?
Doubt a flush is the answer. Is the check engine light on, cj?

It finally moved. Didn't seem to want to engage without giving it more gas than we were comfortable with considering where it was parked. Seems to be fine now.
