I don't think it was an infection, Soz. I think the protective gear is just a precaution. I haven't been in direct communication with mom or dad since the 19th. My son has, though. He told me this morning that T is back on the active list for a heart. <exhale>

I thought that because it sounded like the hold meant infection... but he's back on the active list! That's great!

Still time for a truly fabulous Christmas present... omming and hoping...

OOooooommmmming for Tadhg and his family. I can't imagine the stamina it must take to keep going day after day when it's your child who is in such danger.

Oooooommmmm...

Let's hope that in the future this will be the story of Tadgh's first Christmas,
and he'll want to hear again and again how he overcame the odds and grew
to be a strong and healthy boy.

Positive thoughts.

While thinking of Tadhg today, I remembered what tough little customers babies can be. Those sweet, cuddly little bodies look so helpless, yet babies can pull through things that would kill most of us adults. I guess it is the miracle, the magic of youth.

He is really doing his part--doing a mind-blowing job of pulling through each incident, ready to get on with life when a heart comes in for him. The strength of babies is almost beyond comprehension.

Still Ooooooommmmmmming for that brave little boy.

You said it all, Diane. This guy is amazingly resilient. I have no doubt he will grow up to be a great man someday.

Swimpy--

I haven't had a chance to check out the website, but my thoughts are with Tadhg today.

Merry Christmas.

I've been thinking of Tadhg today.
He's a great little fighter.

No update on the blog, I'll keep looking in.

Still fighting. Another left hook and uppercut delivered to Adversity (with a loving gaze and a wriggle of his toes).

Ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
