Thanks, dadpad. No news updates today.
Not today. Yesterday he was stable, though. No news is good news.
They sound so amazingly strong!
Prayers and positive thoughts heading thataway.
They are George. I think the thing that I admire most about them is how graciously they accept help. They acknowledge and appreciate each act of kindness, no matter how small.

Here's hoping the little guy gets his heart by Christmas.
His troubles and his parents troubles make my troubles seem much smaller.
Ooooooommmmm
Indeed. The waiting is stressful for them, I know.

Just talked to Tadhg's mom. All is quiet. Tadhg's had a stable week. <Wishing for a heart.>
The little guy's been having some ups and downs in the last couple of days. His heart rate increases dramatically at times. The doctors are concerned that the medication he is on to regulate his heart rhythm is going to cause damage to other organs. They are afraid that weaning him off it, while necessary, will be difficult.
He needs that heart now. I've seen obits in the local papers for three infants that have died since T's been on the transplant list. I don't know the circumstances, but I can't help but think that one of them might have been the perfect match. I just hope that parents who lose a child will have the strength and love it takes to give the gift of life to others.
Oooooommmmm.
Perhaps none of the babies were a blood and tissue match?
