Hello Maybe someone can help
I want to purchase a delayed windshield wiper relay for use other than on vehicles. Or something that has similar controls that sweeps no more than once every 45 seconds or more. Better if it is a 60 sec. delay between sweeps.
Do you know how to buy a product that could do this?

I can tell you this ...all that is involved there is a unit that contains an interval-based timer, a potentiometer and a motor. This could be purchased at any automotive electronics parts supply distributor.
Without knowing the particulars of what you are attempting, it is difficult to give a solid answer.
There is not a universal kit per se.
There is a dial delay switch available that will fit 46-72 Chevrolets, and this is what most of the Rod builders use. It is about $70. It just plugs in the harness, and punch a dash hole...
