1 Morning Star Breadfast pattie-thawed and crumbled (this is vegetarian, high protein/low fat and good!)
3 egg whites
1 New Potato - your size portion (microwaved about 1 min then chopped
1/2 cup or so of either Birds Eye frozen red pepper/yellow pepper/onion mix or Bird's Eye broccoli/red pepper/mushroom/onion mix
1 fresh Jalapeno seeded, deveined and chopped.
1 tsp of Olive Oil or that canned no stick spray
Heat oil or spray in non stick skillet. Saute everything but egg whites. When sauteed to your liking, add egg whites and scramble them in. You have a good combo of protein and carbs. It is easy because nearly everything is frozen and already prepared. Guys add more eggwhites!
substitute eggwhite for 1/2 block of frozen tofu.
1 tablespoon of tamari
thats my breakfast.
