tired of the taste of tuna use this recipe
1 can chunk light tuna, drained
1 raw egg white
1 tbsp celery, fine chopped
3 low fat saltines, crumbled
a pinch of onion powder
a pinch of Lawry's season salt
pepper to taste
Mix the ingredients in small bowl, form two hamburger-sized patties. Spray small fry pan w/PAM or other cooking spray and fry the patties like hamburgers. If you have some calories to spare, melt some fat free cheese over tops! (Mmmm)
You can also make this with salmon instead of tuna.
