Coin of Elagabal in Emesa. Sun God Heliogabalus patron god of Emesa in the Roman province of Syria.

Can someone please help me. I do not know how to do anything creative on the computer.

I would like the image of the coin cropped all around so that the white background is gone. I would appreciate it very much for your help.

i used to be able to circle-crop with MS photo editor, but i no longer have it...

circle crop would be easier, but it seemed wrong for the image.
