Combine the following:
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1/8 c. canola oil
1 t ground ginger
1 T minced fresh garlic
Pour the marinade over a nice salmon filet.
should make enough for 4 filets
if you're ambitious you could use fresh ginger
I would not use the ginger.
