Aerobic and Weight Training Goals

I'm having trouble setting some goals for myself and I was hoping some of you have experience in this arena.

I'm not training for any specific sport or activity, just overall fitness and health.

I'm a 27 year old male, 180lbs, and my current 1st draft goals are:

Weight Training
Bench Press: 3 rep max = 1.25x body weight (or 225lbs)
Squat: 3 rep max = 1.75x body weight (or 315lbs)
Deadlift: ?
Pull ups: ?

Aerobic
1 mile run: 6:00 (10mph)
3 mile run: 22:30 (8mph)
5 mile run: 42:45 (7mph)

What I don't know is if these goals are realistic. I'm also not sure how close I am to these goals today.

If I acheive these goals would this be a decent enough level of overall fitness? Does anyone else follow any specific goals for fitness and weight training?
