Ingredients:
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
4 heaping tbsp. low fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
Place all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a hot skillet sprayed with fat free cooking spray. Cook like pancakes over medium heat. Serve with some fat free/sugar free apple sauce.
Apple Sauce:
Peel, core, and cut up apples, place in sauce pan and add about an inch of water to bottom of sauce pan. Let apple simmer covered until soft and turning to sauce. Add a dash of lemon juice, cinnamin, and sweetener to taste. Store leftover sauce in refridgerator or freeze.
everyone loves these and it's great for a cutting diet (someone trying to lose fat)
