Hi, I'm a member of a fraternity in Missouri and we are currently working on purchasing a house. We are looking at a 6000 sq. foot house that includes a 3000 sq. foot unfinished basement. I'm trying to create an economic assessment for different plans in the basement. I'm interested as to how much it would cost per 10x12 bedroom to frame, drywall mud and tape etc. for materials only.
Go to your local Home Depot store, and ask one of the salesmen working in the construction materials department.
Just paint it, throw mattresses on the floor, and have a yearlong toga party.
