I think this is one of the funniest comedy shows ever and I never really like Seinfeld.
Of course, in the series, Larry David, "creator of Seinfeld," plays himself and was nominated for an Emmy for his portrayal. In real life, Larry and environmental activist Laurie David have split. In last week's episode, Larry's TV wife left him when Larry was more concerned with getting the TIVO guy to set up his system than with Cheryl's panicked call from her airliner that was in danger of going down.
I found the episode more sad than funny. Maybe it was supposed to be.
Curb your enthusiasm is a funny show. All the characters are fun to watch.

Yep!
One of my favourite series, but will have to get it on DVD as I always miss it when it's on shown tv here (UK). Just seems to be on too late or when I'm out.
I also didn't rate Seinfeld all that much, although I was a Kramer fan.
I'm going to have to Netflix this. I've seen only one episode where Larry got the nickname "Long Ball Larry." lol

A friend of mine asked my if I watched the show. I hadn't, but on her recommendation, I've now watched four of season three's shows and found them to be funny and unique. I found them on ComCast's HBO series on demand. I also found there the fine HBO John Adams series.
