CRACKED BLOCK ON A DIESEL ENGINE

IF THE COOLANT DRAINS FROM ABROKEN COOLANT HOSE WHILE OPERATING A 1984 INTRNATIONAL DIESEL TRUCK, WILL THIS CAUSE THE ENGINE BLOCK TO CRACK AND LOOSEN ONE OR MORE OF THE FROST PLUGS?

Yes.

It seems to have affected the caps lock key on your computer's keyboard as well.

Running any engine with insufficient coolant in the block can pretty much destroy it.

Need more details. Diesel engines tend to be a little more resilient than gasoline models. Devil's in the details.

If the block is cracked, I wouldn't worry about the frost plugs. Rolling Eyes
