Honestly, it looks like unimportant, but pretty, church decor and could have been done anytime in the last 100 years or so. It's not very strong artistically and might have been produced by a studio art school cranking out religious genre.

Igor', Do you know any history about it? Is there a provenance associated with it? Looks like a blend of French and Italian influence.
