SO for the umteenth and one time. HOW DO I DETERMINE THAT THE DINOS ARE DEPICTIONS OF REAL CREATURES AROUND AT THAT TIME BUT AT THE SAME TIME CAN DISREGARD SPACEMEN AND UFOs which are present in the same types of cave paintings and sculptures around the world?

Strawman

You need to refamiliarize yourself with the definition of a strawman.

If you can show where I've said any of this nonsense you've concocted, then I'll withdraw the charge.

Considering he didn't make an argument it can't be a strawman. Nor did he make a claim that you had said something specific.

Oh I see.

So if you simply imply something, or leave a false impression, then it's not really deceptive or lying , is it?

It might be deceptive or lying but it isn't a strawman.

Its neither deceptive or lying. The facts that I have stated re: science, can be found in any relevant text book. They are facts very few if any trained in science would disagree with. The Books that deal with anthropology/mythology ditto. You say all this is wrong and you are correct which led to my comment.

You have no end of contrived excuses for not answering direct questions no matter how long I follow you about this web site repeating them. Others have even started summarizing my questions for you as they would like to hear some answers, it has gotten to that level of absurdity. Its one thing to be a coward face-to-face its a whole other level to be such a coward as to hide from questions when you are anonymous over the web.

It is also clear from the responses of numerous others that you and your cognitive abilities are...well..not thought of very highly, to say the least.

I really wanted to keep this on a higher level but it does not seem possible in dealing with you.

So let me just say that I think you are a pathetic ignorant twit. Is that putting a fine enough point on it for you or is that too ambiguous for you?

Should we put it to a vote of the respondents on these threads and see if that is a common opinion?

So would me calling you a pathetic ignorant twit be...
a) circular logic
b) a strawman
c) a red herring
d) a fact based on the evidence of your posts

hint: D...the answer is D!

Strawman

Since your argument was not misreprented and weakened, nor was that weakened argument then argued against, there was no strawman.

You might want to look up terms before you use them if you don't know the meaning. It will help you in the future when people point out you used it incorrectly. You won't look like quite the a##.

What else is left when a coward refused to answer questions. As I said in the other post I'm done with you, your posts speak for themselves.

Mornin' TCR.

I see you're in fine form today.

Got your strawmen ready for another big day?

Why don't you ask me about Von Daniken and spacemen again, so you can ignore my response and pretend I didn't answer?

i don't think i've seen a single thread where RL hasn't constantly accused other people of this strawman crap, and his favorite, the red herring.

Changing the subject would be a red herring.

You are proof that God has a sense of humor. There is no other reason for him to put such idiocy on this planet.

This guy is a real piece of work isn't he? Its like his mom got him the non-sequitur see and say. The cow go "red herring"; the dog goes "circular logic". I mean even if he is ignorant as he seems he MUST know that people just have to go back and read his posts to see what the truth is.

People have actually gone to the trouble of summarizing my questions to him and telling him to answer them before their own questions and he even ignored them. Today he says I ignored his answers, yet there are his post to prove him wrong. Then he has the nerve to tell "aperson" how he apreciates his thread because he values the exchange of opinions Laughing

Just out of curiosity what do you make of this idiot?

If you'll do a Search of the site, you'll find I use both terms very infrequently.

But when it's appropriate, I do.

Try the 'Search' function. It's very handy and will save you the embarrassment of making such a statement again.

i've never really cared for his ideas or the way he refuses to answer any questions that would illuminate the flaw in his reasoning, all the while asking ridiculous, logically flawed questions and claiming victory when they cannot be answered.

i'm curious to know what his answer to your question is as well. i think it's perfectly reasonable to ask.

I've made over 5500 posts on A2K.

If you do a search for the word 'herring' (as in 'red herring') and my screen name , you'll get a grand total of 22 . Of those, if you look thru the post, often it is someone I am quoting who uses the term.

I have used it a few times, but your characterization hardly matches the facts.

Look it up before you burp this one out again. Or not.

It's pretty funny to see you spouting nonsense actually. Not unexpected though.
