selling my home in a different part of the state where i live. do i have to be present ? or can it be done thru the mail or fax.. selling it for little cash money but a lien on property. i said if they want it bad they must pay all the fees including the back property tax can this be done
Someone should be there. Why? In case the buyer tries to back out. What you need is a real estate agent (realtor). They do this for a living.
