I purchased an Amazon gold system 4 years ago and recently moved. I am putting the system in our new house and need help programming the settings. I know about the secret raindrop function, but am not sure where the capacity should be. It seems to me that it should be regenerating more frequently than it currently is. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. There is no longer a Rainsoft rep in our area.
You will need to know how hard your water is in GPG and what size your resin tank is in cu. ft.
If you email your mailing address to me I can mail you a copy of the Gold series set up procedure.
