Anyone see this show? It's about a fella named "Mystery," who is working with a bunch of socially awkward guys who have no game with women. Every week one of them will get booted off, and the remaining guy at the end of the show will be awarded "Master PUA" status, becoming one of Mystery's instructors.
If you've read "The Game" by Neil Strauss, you'll know who Mystery is. He travels the world training men on how to pick-up women. Suckers, er, I mean, guys pay close to $2K to be trained. He's developed a whole "science" behind it.
The first two episodes have been pretty entertaining. Sometimes it's painful to hear the contestants talk to women...for example:
Her: "I'm from New Orleans!"
Him: "How did your family make out in Katrina?"
Her: "Two died."
Be interesting to see how much progress these guys make.
Once this guy at the gym walked up to me and ask "Do you smell dog ****"?
Did you tell him to stop breathing from his mouth?
No.
For once I was speachless.
I tried to pretend like some point in the mid distance was facinating me.
He then said "I think I stepped in dog **** on the way in here"
Suavecito.
Wow.
You're serious.
There's a Red Sox dating show now called "Sox Appeal," where a person has three "dates" during a game, 2 innings each. Then picks a winner.
There was a guy who said to the woman(after she asked him to redeem himself for saying something stupid), "you're not ugly."
He was supposedly a professional comedian. But he wasn't very funny.
