I saw an advertisement stating that instead of purchasing a replacement toner cartridge for a laser printer, one can have the used toner cartridge refilled for a lower price.
Does this result in printing quality equal to a replacement cartridge? Is there any reason not to use a refill? Are there any articles about it?
Recycled cartridges are quite popular. You can refill ink cartridges, but I believe tonor cartridges have to have more work done to replace the light-sensitive material on the drum.
