Rainsoft settings

I have a AQC100 that I need to change the hardness settin on and the Rainsoft guy wont return my call.I can set the Salt level and the regen time only from the program button Also how and what is the little secret raindrop for seems it has the hardness setting hidden behind it

Adjusting hardness:

Press and hold the gold raindrop - use the Program/Enter button's to scroll down until the "H" appears.
Wait until the computer displays the hardness in grains to prompt you to enter the hardness.
Use the up or down arrows to scroll through until the desired hardness level is reached.
Press enter.

COOL, usually when you change the hardness, you need to change the salt dose and capacity too. That's unless the computer does that automatically, which I can not recall any that does.
