Please advise me whether the following sentences are correct. Thank you.

We wish to make a change over the color of stripe s on the road shown on the right hand side of the layout plan from black to yellow. Apart from that, we have no further comment and you are expected to proceed the work after the above amendment.

We'd like you to change the color of stripes on the road to the right of the layout plan from black to yellow. Otherwise no further changes so you may proceed
