61 year old cranky woman presents with daily intermittent vomiting. Currently weighs 115 pounds after losing 15 pounds in 2 months.

Physical presentation: jaundice of eyes and skin
Complaints: vomiting, dysphagia, and entire right back pain.

History: completed course of triple therapy for h. pylori as of 6.15.16 (or 14?) which includes amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and lansoprazole. Colonoscopy/endoscopy from 5/20 presented with multiple harmless diverticuli, single polyp in which a polypectomy was performed, and diffuse melanosis of the entire colon.

Current Care: Pedialyte, baby food, tons of random soup, water, seltzer water

Now what to do? Is there anything to watch out for?

@vsector,
This site doesn't usually offer medical advice - though I'm guessing you're a med student. I've just been helping my daughter practice for her OSCEs I get to play all kinds of cranky women - and men.
