My sister made mistake of giving blank signiture (on plain paper) to her ex-business partner for scanning for the pupose of eSign. They haven't faught but are not exactly on good terms. Are there ways her signiture can be mis-used? If yes, what are ways to protect against it?

There are tons of ways for a signature to be misused. Better contact eSign and see what they have in place to prevent fraud.
