What is this in my eye?

It's hard to see, but you've only got 2 eyes and you need to preserve your
eyesight, so my suggestion is: go to an ophthalmologist at once!!

I see a red spot, like a pimple almost? I do not want to scare you, but there are organisms that do live in human eyes, if you got any kind of contaminated water in your eye you might be host to a microorganism.
