Have 115 v at outlet but when anything is plugged in voltage drops to zero. Why?

Voltage drop is characterized as the measure of voltage misfortune that happens through all or some piece of a circuit because of impedance. A typical relationship used to clarify voltage, current and voltage drop is a patio nursery hose. Voltage is practically equivalent to the water weight supplied to the hose.
