Can you make a patent with an anonymic identity or keep your identification hidden from the public?

Don't have such a plan yet but I'll make it this way if I ever make one.
If it's possible, how many countries provide such a facility?

@contrex,
@Contrex, I read it on a social network.. It seemed like it existed, considering the existence of 'anonymous' and 'anonymity'.

Another name. In our state in USA, you can create a name under which to do business. If you wish additional anonymity, a lawyer can help you incorporate under that name, creating legal personhood.

Not sure that's what you want. But many options are open.

I have found that anymic, (synonym anonymic) is a technical term in linguistics meaning "not named". If you mean "(of a person) not identified by name; of unknown name", you should use "anonymous".

@Swapnil,
How do you propose being paid for anything you patent if you can't be identified?

and if you can't make money from it ... why bother patenting it?

@ehBeth,
If I can make a patent anonymously, obviously I can make contracts with companies wishing to use my technology, with anonymity.
You see, I want money, not respect and honour.

@Swapnil,
Good luck with that.

Speak to a lawyer before you go any further.

@ehBeth,
Yeah, thanks Smile
I'm not making any patents right now, I'm in senior secondary school right now. But I wish to patent my inventions one day...

Well, you could just invent for the money and then just be a complete jerk. That would be cheaper and maybe a lot more fun. . .

@neologist,
It doesn't matter who I am. What matters is that the world uses my technology to make good uses of it in their lives.
Respect is just a stupid way to judge a person in this world, that's why I don't want respect.
It's all complicated, I don't wanna write an essay here describing my ideologies.
I just wanna show the world that there are people like me who believe popularity and honour are stupid aspects.

I prefer to respond to what a person says or writes...rather than what they later say they meant.
