cash aid and child support

Right now my gf lives with me in ca she recieves cash aid of about $550 and gets $250 in food stamps because i dont claim them. i make 2500 a month.
The state is looking for me to pay child support right now will i have to pay the aid back if we stay together or what happens if we split up?

Go to Legal Services and ask to speak to a lawyer.
