Can I transform the sentence,'Do it' into compound?What will be the answer?

You mean 'doit' when you "get a round tuit"? Never seen that compound word.

No.'Do it' is an imperative sentence.I'm trying to change it into compound.

I'm not sure what you're asking for. It's just two words. For a compound sentence, you need two independent clauses joined by a comma and conjunction.

Well, you'd have to make up the content of the rest of the clauses. "If I were you, I'd do it." "I'm your boss, and I'm telling you to do it." Like that.
