Thanks for the reply. I saw the examples about the participial constructions and it was a good material, but what I am really wondering about is the form of these participial adjectives when used as verbs.
e.g.
I am bored. (from what I know this sentence actually has two meanings)
1. I am bored. (This means that the current feeling of the subject is bored, so bored here acts as an adjective.)
2. I am bored by someone. ( This is a passive form using bored as the main verb. This is where my question occurs because this is a passive form so it means that there is also an active form for it, right?
Do these certain verbs, with participial adjective forms, stative or dynamic?
e.g.
He bores me now. ( I am bored by him now.) or
He is boring me now. (I am being bored by him now.)
Which one is correct?
