If you’re talking about “Chained to the wheel”, it’s The Black Sorrows, and you’re right, they’re very good. Been around for a long time, and their leader Joe Camileri, has been around even longer than that. The 2 girls, Vika and Linda, are sisters and are real powerhouses who have released a number of solo albums.
