My wife has a restraining order against me and I am not allowed into my residence. While I was in jail she refilled a prescription of mine without my knowledge or consent for an anti-anxiety medication that I know she is using for recreational purposes. I can't contact her and don't want to so should I just go straight to the police?

@rptravs,
Call the pharmacy and tell them to ask for your ID for any prescriptions in the future. No pick-ups by anyone else allowed.

There's probably nothing you can do about the other incident.

@rptravs,
Yes, if you feel that she is using the prescription for drug abuse you should definately go to the police with the appropriate evidance.
