Which one of the following statement is correct and clear. Please feel free to rewrite or revise the sentence below:

-For this particular meeting, please send all meeting materials and correspondence for Janice Smith to [email protected]. After our March meeting, please resume to using the [email protected] email address.

-For our March meeting, please send all meeting materials and correspondence for Janice Smith to [email protected]. After our March meeting, please resume to using the [email protected] email address.

-Janice Smith asked that we send all March meeting materials and correspondence to [email protected]. After our March meeting, please resume to using the [email protected] email address.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

"...please resume using the [email protected] email address." is correct.

-For our March meeting, please send all meeting materials and correspondence for Janice Smith to [email protected]. After our March meeting, please resume to using the [email protected] email address.

same answer

-Janice Smith asked that we send all March meeting materials and correspondence to [email protected]. After our March meeting, please resume to using the [email protected] email address.

same answer

you don't need the 'to' in the sentence. Otherwise, all three versions are just fine.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
