What is the name of the white-black-banded snake in the pic below?

(I know its name Bungarus multicinctus, which, however, few native E speakers understand)

Bungurus multicinctus is the Latin name of the many-banded krait or Taiwanese banded krait.

Fauna and flora almost always bear Latin names and this facilitates the knowledge exchange between people of different languages.
