Juicing and nut butters

I just got an Omega juicer. It's pretty cool but it didn't come with any recipes.
I'd like to get some ideas for recipes that include wheatgrass, etc., and how to make nut butters. Anyone have some they would like to share?
This thing also makes extruded pasta....if I can figure it out....
The juicer makes great juices but spits out a lot of useable pulp - which I put in a soup tonight. Not bad. What do you do with the pulp?
I think this is going to be a good thing and keep me healthy through especially the next few months of chemo. Thanks for any ideas!

The kind that does bread sticks and grinds nuts as well as any kind of fruit/veggie. I think it says 8003/05 on it. It's chrome. I love it. It's easy to clean too- well, not a breeze but it's worth the extra work. Do you have one? I keep the pulp in the freezer and either use it in soup bases or mix it in with my doggies food. They seem to love it.
