What happened to Danny Tidwell of SYTYCD ?

Danny Tidwell of Last season's So You Think You Can Dance blew me away. He's one of the few dancers I've seen in that show who I'd actually go out of my way to see perform. He didn't win, but he was the one who stood out above the rest. What happened to him?

I'd also like to know what ever happened to Benji Schwimmer who won before in 2006. I had heard he was to star in a bio of Fred Astaire. However, nothing ever seemed to happen. What gives?
