Siding with Walter.


I do like mozzarella di bufula a lot, but even if it would be available here locally it would be prohibitive in price for me. I like, as an alternative, whole milk mozzarella and have used italian fontina, which is also hard to find here.

Pizz'a Chicago, which is a west coast copycat of windy city style pizza, is worth a try. The dough is slightly lighter than the heavy cornmeal crust of its namesake.
