I am a retired man. I have a B.A. with a major in history and minors in philosophy and literature. My original intention was to be a baptist minister, but I gave up that idea and went into printing, remaining in various aspects of that business for forty years.

I enjoy movies, mostly dramas, mysteries, comidies, and musicals. My wife and I enjoy the theater and the symphony. Politically I am a liberal. I have five children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
