It should be easy to reproduce. A light yellow, almost beige button down shirt, ugly wide tie (you can find losts of them at Good Will) and a pathetic brown synthetic suit and vest...you probably would be able to find a horrible suit like that at Good Will too.

Or, go to Sears, or JC Pennys, but especially Sears because no one in their right mind would actually buy a suit at Sears.
Go back to the corner of the mens department, behind the Fruit of the Loom white underwear and you will find a rack of wonderfully ugly suits and vests made of polyester and nylon. $300?, Man, you'd probaly be able to pull it off for $50.
