Kicky, I have always liked you. I have always considered you to be a friend.
Now... do me a favor..... shut the hell up!
Ok? For me?
Gracias.
Sorry. I knew it must have started to annoy people. Thank you Gus, for being the one to pull on the reins and say, "whoooahh, there kicky, you're workin' up a froth, big boy."
Carry on...
I'm reading your posts with interest
Brandon, I too marvel at the odds...and then Ringo...the perfect drummer for their sound...and then George...the perfect guitarist...wow
Even John said Paul was one of the greatest bass players ever...quite a compliment
Soz, the girls loved the Beatles...the boys loved the Beach Boys
Kick...saw the interview...bittersweet...King is a...a....loser
Gus...get the hell outta here before I fetch a moderator

Panzade, thanks for listening. Always a pleasure to hear your thoughts on music. You must have played a few Beatles songs over the years, eh? Man, I am really enjoying this magical mystery tour that I've been on all weekend.
I haven't played the guitar this much in at least a couple years. My fingers actually hurt. I'm so out of practice it isn't even funny.
I have almost got Hide Your Love Away down, and I was trying some of the older basic songs like Twist and Shout and I Saw Her Standing There as well. At a party with a lot of drunk people where enthusiasm is more important than perfect singing or perfect playing, I could probably fake my way through the better part of both of those. Ha, this is fun.
But I really do need to stop with the Beatles stuff now. Really.
Okay, I'll just practice "I've Just Seen a Face" for a little while longer. Ten minutes at most, then I'm done. That's it!
Wait!...one more song..play Norwegian Wood out of the "D" position...
I can see all the chicks at the party surrounding Kicky with adoring eyes

No, you don't. It's great. What about those movies about history of the Beatles? Some of them were quite good - "The Birth of the Beatles," "Backbeat," "The Compleat Beatles," and one I don't know the name of about John Lennon.
FYI. Paul's
interview with the Onion's A.V. Club last week.
