There are undesirable locales in the OC -- the TV program portrayed it as if you had to go out Corona way to find a run-down neighborhood. Not true. There are places you wouldn't care to visit or live there. Of course, it's still those charming, old and non-descript vintage buildings near the beach that haven't been torn down but still serve as charming shops and restaurants. You do have a comparable symphony orchestra.
