Ok Lets take it one by one.
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.67GHz (1066MHz Front Side Bus) (4MB Cache) -> OK
Motherboard: nVidia 680i LT Core 2 Quad (By: eVGA) (nForce 680i SLI) -> OK but u could also go for Intel.
Memory: 2GB DDR2 Corsair at 667MHz (Dual Channel) -> OK
Floppy / Media: Sony 1.44MB Floppy (Black Edition) -> Now a days Floppy drives r optional.
Hard Drive 1: 400GB Western Digital (16MB Cache) (7200 RPM) (SATA) -> OK but dont forget to get it partitioned.
Optical Drive 2: DVD±R/RW/CD-R/RW (DVD Writer 18x / CD-Writer 48x) -> Go for Dual Layer RW Preferrably Sony.
Network Card: High Speed Network Port (Supports High-Speed Cable / DSL / Network Connections) -> OK, Intel or D-Link are fine.
Modem: - Its handy when u need it
Video Card: nVidia GeForce 8800GTS 320MB (By: eVGA) (PCI-Express) -> OK But nVidia 7200 series has been peculierly benchmarked with Intel Duo Core 62XX series. So u could think of 7200.
TV Tuner: -> Handy Again.
Sound Card: Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer (Up to 7.1 Channel) (Recommended) -> OK
Windows OS: XP? HAS TO BE VISTA.
Speakers: Creative 5.1 System (Black Edition) (Model SBS 580) (Includes Subwoofer) -> OK
Keyboard: Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard (Highly Recommended) -> OK
