For a lot of years I drank tea almost daily. Lately not. I still love it - black English tea in particular. I just have so much stuff I do that there is no room for it. I had got in the habit of brewing both black tea and green, then mixing roughly fifty-fifty, with a tad of raw honey.

Today was the first time I had broccoli sprouts. I hadn't known them to be an item. I mixed them with other veggie type food and thoroughly enjoyed them. Online literature warns to be careful, as it is easily susceptible to E. Coli.
