Big bite of a raisin bran muffin that I'd cracked open and topped with a square of dark chocolate fruit and nut bar before warming it up. Perfect postswim snack.

recovering from too much snacking at an Oscar viewing party. wine, then big-ass martinis with olives, giant tossed salad with olives, cheese tray with figs ... and olives, fruit tray - no olives, giant party pizza with olives, then tea/coffee/wine with biscuits ... no more olives. there was a fair bit of dancing and jumping about with joy during the party so we did burn off some of those calories but I'm kinda hyped up from the Parasite wins. there was a lot of screaming. we might have frightened one of my pal's cats into hiding

@farmerman,
As a boy I worked in an apricot shed. They fired me for being too young, but I had a great week.

@edgarblythe,
Our this year crop is delitefully sweet but I have to watch my intake (Too much potassium is not good and apricots are one of the highest sources of K)

Ive developed a wicked Hypokalemia (too little K) from my three High-BP meds, so rather than taking K pills I tried to do it with my diet. I measure its effectiveness by lowring pain in my lower joints (like my knees)

@glitterbag,
oh yeh, but were down to like 150 ewes. Weve already got the lambs consigned. We want to start downsizing even more till we're down to only 50 ewes till they have to haul us off.

@ehBeth,
Do you have tofu soup restaurants? One of my favorites is the seafood with mild spice.
