Classy. Very Happy Reminiscent of how us New Englanders eat a chunk of cheddar along side a slice of apple pie.

7.5 hours later I'm home again and just had a last slug of that tea

I had a giant mug of chai while I was out - superhot and tasty

@tsarstepan,
take a bottl of Reading Ginger Beer (any of the Jamaican styles will do, they are spicy). Pour it into a mug then NUKE IT for about 60 seconds, Its carbonation is mostly gone but the spiciness is intensified

@tsarstepan,
there are folks that use those water bath cookers that restaurants use, or a pot of water with an induction cooker top and set it to like 140 degrees and insert the sealed bottle. then you keep the carbonation

@farmerman,
Any boiling starts cooking off alcohol content also - then again, I know you knew that!

Remember that some ginger beer is merely soda and not actual alcoholic beer.

@tsarstepan,
Most of the ginger beer with alcohol that I've tried has been pretty nasty. Why do I keep trying it? because somebody's going to get it right some day!

Duh, never tried ginger beer, just assumed. Root and birch beer, yes - also non alcoholic!
