@ossobucotemp,
He's a fantastic teacher. I've gone to a few of his classes when he's been in town. I always learn so much and the food that results never fails.

@ossobucotemp,
They've probably been dried and aren't viable.

A whirlwind tour of Poland starting at Restaurant Nolita in Warsaw, then over and up to the northern lake district and finally to Bialystock where the bialy was born.

@ehBeth,
I still make that bialy recipe with poppy seeds, onions, and black olives..

edit - (the olives are in the dough and the seeds and onions in a bunch in the top of the dough)

Tuna/o.o.mayo, leftover homemade dressing, chopped fresh celery, good shake of black pepper, on 9 grain and seed toast, as in open sammich.

@ehBeth,
now that my fit with my diet .
I can have Mrs F make some non-sugar pudding and dip pple slices into the brown sludge.
Better with a salt dusting?

I like kettle corn , which is popcorn me with salt nd sugar coating whil the popcorn is still very hot.
Its less calories than caramel corn, or mozhi corn

They work, jut plant em densely as not all the seeds will be viable

I also plant coriander from Pennzy's(we get cilantro nd corinder), all my chili pepper seeds are from the Mexican Markets'
I only buy garlic from the Amish market or the organic side of the supermarket. They grow the best and give us great big garlic bulbs each summer.

Many other seeds I sve from letting the flowers qnd veggies to just go to seed.
I have a strain of a dark pink Zinnia that weve gotten from open pollenating zinnias.
Sunflowers, ALL OF MY CHERRY AND GRAPE TOMATOES are from saved seed.

@farmerman,
I enjoy some hot chilis, but my wife hates em. The hottest chili I've ever eaten was at a Vietnamese restaurant. I couldn't get rid of the hot for several hours.
Now, when we go, and they put hot chili on our table with some bean sprouts, and I dip one of them for a fraction of a second in my pho, and it's plenty hot.

@farmerman,
It was tasty with just a little hint of salt. I'm starting to understand why friends from Trinidad and Guyana salt pieces of fruit.

Salt + caramel = pretty damn tasty

with apples = something that felt like a decadent treat
