Mmm, so good!

Maangchi has a lot of great recipes. I haven't tried this one for bulgogi, but it's very similar to the way I do it. I use brown sugar. I like the addition of pear for tenderizing (and flavor). Apple is good too. I also add a little rice wine.

Oh hey, this recipe is basically the same as mine. I use cheongju or sake instead of mirin.

The last thing I had was an open-faced tomato and olive cheese melt.
