@XXSpadeMasterXX,
Some frito misto from a restaurant Diane and I like. The calamari was actually good so there's hope in this bad fish town. Oh, and a half salad (didn't look like half to me) that was also good (arugula, frisee, mache, etc., with good restaurant made dressing). Tall glass of ice water with lemon.

Meantime I'm reading the book, The Perfect Storm, by Sebastian Junger, a reportorial account of the dangerous aspects of, and history of, commercial fishing in the Georges or Grand Banks..

@Ragman,
Ragman-On the west coast of Florida I am happy to get what I can get. I noticed that Toojay's uses meat from National Deli. I checked around, and found that there are many Publix stores that carry National.....................on the east coast! Sad

I am making an attempt to lower my gravitational pull. I have discovered Kellogg's Cracker chips- the sea salt kind. Thirty chips are 110 calories. I usually count out 15, a few times a day.

They taste similar to potato chips, but they are baked, and are not greasy. I find them very satisfying.

@XXSpadeMasterXX,
For beer aficianados - the taste of the orange accentuates some or 'nother nuance of the beer. I'm not quite sensitive enough to appreciate the difference. Sometimes I like - sometimes the orange gets in my way...
