If you want one and a half mate...instead of making 2...And eating one, and half the other....You can also make one sandwich with 3 pieces of bread...You save a slice...
And as long as you keep doing it...It will equal out at the end also...
It's a dead ringer for Fudgsicles, which I've observed by mistake.

day before garbage omelette
last two pieces of really good mortadella, 2 pieces of fine hardwood smoked salami - melted in saute pan - added about 1/4 pound of mushrooms - added about a tbsp of duck fat leftover from Christmas dinner
once the mushrooms were reduced I poured on about 1.5 eggs worth of egg in a box
Also a simple omelette on toast, covered with melted grated Gouda cheese and baked tomato slices well peppered. Needed a cold beer with it as the temperature hit 45 (113) degrees this afternoon.
