a screamingly delicious Thai ingredient marinated beef rib, oh lordy, for a great breakfast. (I had to put Katy out or she'd be mad with envy). There's one left, and then I can make a long simmering broth from the sack of frozen gnawed by me ribs.

A delightful cabernet with a slightly peppery finish.... but not as peppery or heavy as a really good Syrah.....
