You're making me jealous ehBeth. Though I'm not too sure about the mango in that salad.

Me? Just a handful of peanuts. Not eating lunch today. I'll be splurging after work for a foot long Subway tonight. (Sad to say Subway can be considered splurging at all but thems the breaks these days)

sweet/tangy/sour one of my favourite combos

I love thai mango salad for that reason mmmmmmmm I thought I hated mangos, then I found out it was ripe mangos I didn't like. Green, sour ones ......mmmm
